Perryman's Bakery was established in 1925 and for more than 80 years built a reputation as a quality bakery, with carefully-guarded recipes passed down from generation to generation of the Perryman family.
Among their many popular pastries and sweets Perryman’s made Gingerbread - following a traditional German family recipe. The popularity was so great that in 2001, Neil Perryman launched Perryman’s of North Adelaide to craft and produce a new line of Gingerbread Babies, to be enjoyed all year round.
The Perryman’s of North Adelaide bakery was purpose built to keep up with demand and is capable of selling and supplying to almost any destination in the world.
